plans, packs, and builds are digital. if you didn't receive what you paid for, or something's genuinely wrong with it, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right — a fix, a re-send, or a full refund. because these are delivered digitally, we can't always take back what's already been sent, but we'd always rather resolve it than leave you unhappy.
donations
gifts to SofterBread are charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable (and may be tax-deductible where applicable). if you gave by mistake — wrong amount, duplicate, or wrong cadence — email us and we'll sort it out.
recurring gifts
monthly gifts continue until you cancel. email us any time and we'll stop the next charge; we don't lock anyone in.
